We've covered around a number of insights across clouds - based on various standards, best practices and conventions. if you wish to set up a custom Insight that isn't already covered in the list, you can choose to 'Create Insight'.
First, identify what service you need to create an insight for. This would involve analyzing the utilization and billing of current resources to see where you can apply automations and schedules. The insights page offers specific details of the services and resources you have to figure this out.
If you find yourself without an existing insight to fix the issue, then click on “Create Insights” from the top right of the Insights page.
